Michael & Nicole Harrison
Michael Harrison has been in the water and fire restoration industry for 19 years. He started his career straight out of high school as a technician and worked his way up, gaining hands-on experience and learning every aspect of the restoration business along the way.
In 2020, Michael decided it was time to take everything he had learned and build something of his own. That vision became Mid-South Restoration Services.
Michael is passionate about making sure every homeowner and business owner is treated fairly, honestly, and with the care they deserve, especially during what can be one of the most stressful times in their lives. He believes in doing the right thing, even when it isn’t the easiest thing to do.
One of the qualities that sets Michael apart is his willingness to put others first. He would give someone the shirt off his back if he knew they needed it more than he did. That genuine compassion, combined with nearly two decades of experience, is a big part of what makes him so dedicated to his work and the people he serves.
For Michael, restoration is about more than repairing homes and businesses. It’s about helping people through difficult situations, earning their trust, and making sure they know they are truly taken care of from start to finish.
Nicole Harrison has been by Michael’s side since high school and has spent the last 19 years learning the restoration industry alongside him. Over the years, she has watched the business grow from an idea into the company it is today, gaining a deep understanding of both the industry and everything it takes to successfully run a restoration company.
Nicole began her career working as a secretary for several medical facilities before making the decision to transition into the restoration industry full time. When Michael decided to pursue his dream of opening his own business, Nicole was right there beside him, helping turn that dream into a reality.
As the Office Supervisor Nicole wears many hats. She handles insurance claims, certifications, invoicing, scheduling, phone calls, customer communication, and the countless details that keep the business running smoothly. She is often the person behind the scenes making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
But Nicole’s knowledge goes far beyond the office. She is certified and trained to manage restoration projects from start to finish, giving her a unique understanding of what is happening in the field and what needs to be done to properly complete each job. That hands-on knowledge allows her to communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance agents, adjusters, and field technicians while keeping projects moving forward.
Her experience is especially valuable when working with insurance companies. Nicole understands the process, knows what information is needed, and is comfortable communicating directly with agents and adjusters to advocate for the customer and keep claims progressing.
Together, Michael and Nicole bring a combination of hands-on restoration experience, business knowledge, and genuine care for their customers. Their goal is simple: to make a difficult situation easier for the homeowner or business owner and to make sure every customer feels heard, respected, and taken care of from beginning to end.
